GCDE Policy
- GCDE is not responsible for return shipping costs for sizing or change of mind.
- All exchanges/returns will automatically be issued store credit, so that you can re-purchase a new item.
- Store credit is only offered if item/s are returned within 30 days from delivered date.
- Store credit will be issued and valid for 1 year from the date of item/s returned.
- Please be sure of your order as we do not offer refunds.
- Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty or incorrect item has been sent. Shipping costs will be refunded along with the purchase price once the order is returned.
- Item/s being returned in exchange for store credit must be in original condition with absolutely no marks, odours or stains.
- Before returning items, please email gcdeclothing@hotmail.com stating the reason of return, including proof of purchase, along with your order number and attached images of items being returned showing item/s in original condition.
- Any items that don’t qualify for quality control will be returned to sender at their expense.
- Please return your order to the PO Box nominated in the confirmation email.
- Packages that are returned to sender will be held for a maximum of 90 days.
PLEASE NOTE: Once orders have been sent out, it is the customers responsibility to track with AusPost. Customers should regularly check the status of their order via the provided tracking number and contact AusPost if any issues arise. AusPost will return to sender if it is not collected by the customer within 10 days. Any shipping costs involved with resending any orders will be at the customers expense. Please email gcdeclothing@hotmail.com if you have not received your order within 10 days.
