Payment Information

  • We accept; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, AfterPay, PayPal, Bank Transfer & Cash (pick up only).
  • Payment will be taken as soon as your order is placed and you will receive confirmation via email or text that your order was successful.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later options include AfterPay.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are generally dispatched within 48hrs after being finalised. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Once orders have been shipped, GCDE are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, we do provide insurance as an option with your shipping and highly recommend for full satisfaction.
  • Packages are sent through AusPost and can be tracked using the tracking number received by either email or text through AusPost.
  • International shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at the end of your order.
  • We offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Cook Islands, Fiji, Japan, Tonga, Samoa, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

PLEASE NOTE: Once orders have been sent out, it is the customers responsibility to track with AusPost. Customers should regularly check the status of their order via the provided tracking number and contact AusPost if any issues arise. AusPost will return to sender if it is not collected by the customer within 10 days. Any shipping costs involved with resending any orders will be at the customers expense. Please email gcde@outlook.com.au if you have not received your order within 10 days. 

Gift Card Information

  • GCDE gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • GCDE gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen GCDE gift cards can be not refunded or replaced.
  • GCDE gift cards are sent directly by email to the email address entered when buying.

 

If you do not receive a confirmation email from GCDE Clothing within a few hours of placing your order, make sure to check your spam/junk mail.
